Denise Kwan

Denise Kwan is a certified paralegal helping to represent employees with discrimination, wrongful discharge, whistleblower and other employment-law related claims.

Denise is an experienced legal videographer and knowledgeable user of a variety of legal software programs, including Westlaw Case Notebook, Case Logistix, and Firm Central. She has experience with Trial Director and has skillfully used the program to assist counsel prior to and during arbitration proceedings.

Prior to entering the legal field, Denise worked as a Teacher and Program Director in the childcare industry for 12 years. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley in Psychology and has a credential in Early Childhood Education.

Denise earned her paralegal certificate at UC Berkeley and has volunteered at the Volunteer Eviction Assistance Collaborative in San Jose. She is a Notary Public and a paralegal member of the California Employment Lawyers Association and the Alameda County Bar Association.
